In this post i am telling how to set a tittle and url address in a blog account. first of all sign in your blogger account. click on start blogging. there is a option of new blog. click on it.set the tittle for your blog. write the address for example kapilgrover.blogspot.in.after that select your template theme.there are some theme available on the blogger select your appropriate theme and then click on create blog.
